Commission a model, artwork or rig

1.1. This document is a public offer. Payment of the deposit means that the Client fully and unconditionally accepts these terms.

1.2. The Artist/Rigger agrees to provide illustration, design, and/or VTuber rigging services, and the Client agrees to pay for and accept those services.

2.1. Services include artwork, avatars, stickers, chibis, half-body and full-body illustrations, drawing and separating model layers for rigging, and model rigging of any complexity.

2.2. Bonuses: model art includes 3 expressions at no extra charge, and rigging also includes 3 expressions at no extra charge.

2.3. The timeline is agreed individually in direct messages based on the scope and available slots. It is confirmed before the main payment.

3.1. Work is carried out on a prepayment basis. Payment is accepted to a T-Bank card; other methods can be discussed individually.

3.2. Payment schedule:

• A non-refundable deposit of 1,000 RUB reserves a place in the queue and starts the sketch stage.
• After the sketch is approved, the Client pays the remaining cost of the artwork or model art.
• Before rigging begins, the Client pays 100% of the rigging fee.
• Alternatively, the Client may pay 100% of the full art and rig project in advance.

3.3. Refunds:

• Payments are non-refundable when the work has been completed according to the agreed requirements and approved stages.
• If the Client decides to stop after seeing the sketch, the 1,000 RUB sketch deposit is not refunded because it covers the Artist’s time.
• If the Client cancels a fully paid stage that is already in progress, no refund is provided.

4.1. Artwork stage:

• The sketch stage includes 4 free revisions.
• The finished model art stage includes 3 free revisions.
• The following do not count as revisions: details added by the Artist without prior approval, and technical layer fixes requested by a third-party rigger when the Artist created the model art.
• New details that were not included in the sketch or initial requirements are not covered by free revisions.
• Further revisions beyond the limit are paid and quoted individually. The Artist may choose not to charge for minor changes.

4.2. Rigging revisions are made within the agreed requirements. Significant unplanned changes to mechanics are charged separately.

5.1. The Artist accepts finished models created by other artists for rigging.

5.2. If a third-party PSD supplied by the Client has technical issues, the Artist will notify the Client. If the Client chooses to proceed, the Artist is not responsible for rigging limitations caused by the source file.

5.3. The Artist verifies the finished model and rig on their equipment and in standard VTuber software such as VTube Studio. The Artist is not responsible for issues caused by the Client’s hardware, software, or incorrect settings.

5.4. The editable rigging project file (.cmo3) is not included by default. Its purchase and price are discussed separately.
